Video production & motion graphics

Make what you do easier to understand.

Hudson South produces brand videos, educational content, interviews, client stories, and motion graphics for businesses and organizations. We manage creative development and production from the first concept through final delivery.

Explain a service. Show how a process works. Give people a chance to hear from the team they are considering hiring.

Why video

Your best explanation should not depend on being in the room.

In a conversation, you can answer a question, show an example, and help someone understand why a detail matters. On a website, that explanation is often missing.

We help turn it into video. The starting point is not an effect or a camera angle. It is what your audience needs to understand, what they might find confusing, and what they should be able to do after watching.

Services

Video services built around the message

  • 01

    Brand and marketing videos

Introduce your company, explain a service, or give a homepage or landing page a clearer point of entry. We create brand introductions, company overviews, promotional videos, service explainers, and video content for digital advertising and social media.

  • 02

    Thought leadership and educational content

Turn the knowledge inside your organization into interviews, professional profiles, educational series, and answers to frequently asked questions. Client education and process videos can explain what to expect. Webinar and presentation editing can make existing material easier to watch and share.

  • 03

    Client stories and testimonials

Let real people describe their experience in their own words. We produce testimonial videos, case studies, success stories, and documentary-style interviews around approved participants and material. The story should be specific to what happened, not a script that puts claims in someone's mouth.

  • 04

    Motion graphics and animation

Make an idea visible when footage alone is not the right explanation. Services include animated explainers, 2D motion graphics, titles, diagrams, infographics, branded graphics, and reusable video templates.

  • 05

    Editing and post-production

Bring us interviews, presentations, or footage your team has already recorded. We provide story-driven editing, long-form to short-form repurposing, audio cleanup, color correction, captions, subtitles, and platform-specific formatting. The final approach depends on the quality and suitability of the source material.

  • 06

    Creative development and production

Get help before the first recording, not just after it. We develop video strategies, concepts, scripts, and storyboards; direct remote recordings and interviews; source stock footage; and manage production through editing, animation, and final delivery.

The process

From the first question to the final version

  1. Define the job.

We begin with the audience, the message, and where the video will be used. A homepage introduction, customer education series, and paid social video have different requirements.

Output The materials, people, and deliverables the project needs.

  2. Shape the story.

We develop the concept, script, interview direction, or storyboard that fits the project. Your team reviews the substance so the explanation reflects your actual services, process, and approved claims.

Output A concept, script, or storyboard your team has reviewed.

  3. Produce and refine.

We bring together the agreed recordings, supplied footage, animation, and supporting visuals. Editing, sound, graphics, and finishing serve the explanation rather than compete with it.

    Output Edited cuts for review.

  4. Prepare it for use.

We deliver the versions and formats included in the project scope. Captions, subtitles, shorter edits, and alternate layouts can be planned around your website, presentations, advertising, and social channels.

Output Final files in the formats you agreed.

Beyond launch day

Give the video a place in the rest of your marketing.

A useful video should have a purpose beyond its launch day. An interview can be planned alongside an article. A process explanation can support a service page. Selected clips can become separate social pieces with their own messages.

Hudson South can coordinate video with your content calendar so the subject, timing, and next step are considered together. Video can also be scoped as a standalone project.

Questions

Questions about working with us

Jeremy Bales, our video producer and creative director, brings creative direction and hands-on production to Hudson South video work. Meet Jeremy.

Can you work with footage we already have?

Yes. We can edit client-recorded interviews, presentations, and other existing footage. We review the material first to determine what it can support and whether additional recording or graphics would help.

Do I have to be comfortable on camera?

No. A guided interview or remote direction can give you a more natural starting point than reading a script. Some subjects are better suited to animation, diagrams, or an edit built around existing material. The format should fit the message and the people involved.

Can you turn one longer recording into shorter videos?

Yes. Long-form repurposing is part of our editing services. We identify sections that can stand on their own, then shape them for the intended audience and channel. The number of useful clips depends on the recording and the agreed scope.

Can you explain a technical or complicated service?

Yes. We work with your subject-matter team to identify what the viewer needs to know, choose a clear explanation, and review the details before final approval.

How are video projects priced?

Pricing depends on the production approach, source material, editing and animation requirements, and the final versions you need. We define those deliverables with you before quoting the project.
