AI search content

AI search content, built from what your business already knows

We research the questions your buyers ask, answer them in your own voice, and publish the answers on your site, then carry them into your social posts and email so AI assistants have a clear reason to name you. Hire us for a 30 to 60 day project or keep us on a monthly retainer.

  • Monthly retainer

Two ways to work

Built once in 30 to 60 days, or running every week

Both run on the same four steps. The difference is whether the work stops at handoff or keeps going every week. Either way, you review and we publish, and starting prices for both are on our pricing page.

Project

Built and delivered

All four steps run end to end in 30 to 60 days, then the work is finished and everything is yours.

Scope
All four steps end to end. Pages and posts produced and published, not handed over as drafts.
Timing
30 to 60 days, then finished.
Your Twenty-One profile
Yours to keep at handoff.
Market exclusivity
Not included. Exclusivity comes with most monthly plans.
Pricing
Starting at $9,500. A fixed fee, agreed before anything starts.

Retainer

Running every week

Content produced and published every week from day one, with research and writing repeating every week.

Scope
Steps three and four repeat every week. We handle the research, the writing and the calendar.
Your time
About 30 minutes a month on smaller plans, more on larger ones.
Your Twenty-One profile
Refined against the first three months of published work, then handed over.
Reporting
A monthly visibility report on a defined question set run across AI platforms, with competitor comparison on larger plans.
Market exclusivity
Included on most plans; your proposal confirms it and names the trade and the area.
Pricing
Starting at $1,500 a month, scoped to your market in a proposal. No setup fees. Month to month, cancel when you want.

Still deciding? Our page on choosing between a content project and a monthly retainer walks through the trade-offs. You can also start with the free competitor analysis, a free 30-minute call.

How it works

Four steps, each handing the next something concrete

  1. 01

    Authority Asset

We find the expertise you already have that does not show up on your website: the process you have refined, the thing you explain to every customer, the answer nobody wrote down.

OutputA written record of that expertise, the raw material everything else is built from.

  2. 02

    Hudson Twenty-One

We analyze how your business communicates across 21 dimensions, from vocabulary and sentence rhythm to how you handle objections and explain something complicated to someone nervous.

OutputYour Twenty-One profile, a written specification of how you sound. Yours to keep.

  3. 03

    Market Intelligence

We research the market you compete in: what people there ask, what competitors have already answered, and what nobody has covered. Local businesses get city pages; national brands get segments, product lines or buyer roles.

OutputA researched map of the questions to answer, in priority order.

  4. 04

    AEO Creation

We produce the content and structure it so AI systems can pull from it: clear answers near the top, specific evidence, named expertise, and the technical setup that lets a machine understand what it is reading.

OutputPublished pages and posts, reviewed by you and live on your site.

The order is the point. When the facts are gathered first and the voice is written down second, the writer does not have to invent what your business knows, and the research decides what gets written instead of a guess. A Twenty-One profile is also available on its own; see how Hudson Twenty-One works.

What we publish

Answer assets, not filler posts

An answer asset is our name for any published piece built to answer one real buyer question directly, in your voice, so the answer still makes sense when it is lifted off the page and quoted on its own. A topic is not an answer. Every asset starts from a real question a buyer actually asks.

More on the idea: what an answer asset is and what makes one work. New to the vocabulary? Our AI search glossary defines the terms in plain language, and the same work is described by its common service names on our answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization and AI SEO pages.

  • Articles

Answers one real customer question directly, in the first two sentences.

IllustrativeShould you repair or replace a 15-year-old furnace?

  • Service pages

Explains what you do the way your team explains it, with the questions buyers ask before they call.

    IllustrativeDuctwork assessment for older homes

  • City and segment pages

Local pages with details that are real because they were researched. National brands get segment pages instead.

    IllustrativeRoof replacement in your city

  • Question pages

One question per page, answered first and then explained, so each answer has its own address.

IllustrativeHow long does a probate case take in our county?

  • Email

Newsletters and follow-ups in the same voice as the site.

IllustrativeWhat we tell every homeowner before a winter tune-up

  • Social posts

Short pieces drawn from the published library, so every channel says the same thing.

Social, email and the 90-day plan

One answer, every channel

Social posts and email are part of the content work, not a separate campaign with its own message. Each one is drawn from the published answer library, so a LinkedIn post, a Google Business Profile update and a newsletter all say what the page says. Channels, content mix and publishing frequency are agreed around your goals and the team available.

What we leave out is just as specific. We do not run community management, reply to comments or messages, or sell follower growth. Paid social belongs to our paid media service, and video is its own service in video production.

Want the plan without the production? Content Intelligence builds the content system and your first three months of assignments, as a connected calendar with platform-specific assignments and production briefs, covering social, articles, website content, email and video within the agreed scope, then refreshes the next three months every quarter. Your own marketer, agency or outside writer produces from it.

Measuring it

A monthly visibility report, against a defined question set

On monthly plans, every month we run a defined set of buyer questions across AI platforms and compare how your business and your competitors come up.

We cannot promise that ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI features will name your business, and we do not. A report earns its place when it changes the next month's work, so the useful thing to ask your team after reading one is "Which of these questions do we still not answer anywhere on our site?" Accuracy and approval

Checked before you see it, approved before it goes live

Every claim checked

Every factual claim is checked against a primary source before a piece comes to you for review. Polished is not the same as accurate, and an answer that gets quoted needs to be both.

Your review, then publishing

You review every piece and we publish it. That review takes about 30 minutes a month on smaller plans, more on larger ones, because the research and the writing are already done.

Regulated fields

For law firms, medical practices and financial firms, the licensed professional or your compliance staff approves what is published. We do not give legal, medical or financial advice. See how content works for regulated businesses.

The market rule

One business per trade, per market

On most monthly plans, we work with one business per trade in each geographic market, so the competitor down the street is not working from the same research or the same plan. We define the market with you around where you actually serve: usually the region for businesses that work across a metro, and a single city for businesses with a tight local radius. What market exclusivity covers.

Common questions

How much does AI search content cost?

Monthly plans start at $1,500 a month and run month to month with no setup fees. A 30 to 60 day project starts at $9,500 as a fixed fee agreed before anything starts. Because every campaign is different, each engagement is scoped in a proposal after the free competitor analysis.

Will ChatGPT or Google's AI start recommending my business?

We cannot promise that, and we do not. What we can do is publish clear, accurate answers to the questions your buyers ask, in your voice, and on a retainer report each month on a defined question set across AI platforms.

Do you handle our social media accounts?

Social posts are part of the content work: short pieces drawn from the published library, on the channels we agree, so every channel says the same thing. We do not run community management, reply to comments or messages, or sell follower growth. Paid social is a separate service.

Can we buy part of the work on its own?

Yes. A Hudson Twenty-One profile on its own runs $2,500 as a one-time engagement. Content Intelligence is a separate plan-only service: we build the content system and deliver the first three months of assignments for your own marketer, agency or outside writer to produce, then refresh the next three months each quarter.

Do we need a new website first?

No. The content is published on your current site after you review it. If the site itself is holding you back, we also build Hudson Deed websites that you own outright.
