Free 30-minute call
Find out what your competitors have that you don't.
We build a full gap analysis for your market, then walk you through it on a 30-minute call. What your competitors cover, what you're missing, what nobody has answered well, and what we'd do first. Free, and there's nothing to buy at the end of it.
To be clear about what this is: the call is free and you will see the whole analysis on screen. The workbook itself is part of a paid engagement, so we don't send the file. We'd rather say that now than surprise you at the end.
What your competitors cover. Page by page, with a suggested URL for each gap.
What you're missing. Sorted into tiers so you know what to build first.
What nobody has answered well. The open ground in your category.
What we'd do first. One plain recommendation at the end of the call.
Sample
What a page of the analysis looks like.
| Priority | Recommended page | Competitor A | Competitor B | You | The question behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Dedicated reviews page/reviews/ | No | Yes | No | "Is this company any good?" One competitor has a standalone reviews page. Yours are scattered across service pages. |
| Tier 2 | Financing and payment options/financing/ | Yes | No | No | "Can I finance this?" You compete on budget and options. There is no page saying so. |
| Tier 2 | Warranty/warranty/ | Yes | Yes | No | "What warranty do I get?" Both competitors have one. Yours is stronger and it's buried in a paragraph. |
| Tier 3 | Maintenance program/maintenance/ | Yes | No | No | "Is a maintenance plan worth it?" Recurring revenue you already sell in person, with nothing online to send people to. |
What you get
Seven tabs. We go through all of them.
This isn't a score or a grade. It's the actual list of pages, with a suggested URL for each, the question behind it, whether each competitor already has it, and why it matters for your business specifically. On the call you see all of it, and you can ask about any line in it.
- 01
What they have, you don't
Service pages, city pages, county pages, warranty, financing, reviews, galleries. Sorted into tiers so you know what to build first instead of building all of it.
- 02
The open ground
Questions buyers in your category ask that none of the competitors we reviewed have answered well. These are often the clearest chances to stand out, because nobody has taken the position yet.
- 03
What you already own
The pages you have that are working, and the ones that exist but don't say enough. Sometimes the fastest win is a page you already published two years ago.
The obvious question
Why is this free?
Because showing you how we think beats telling you. Half an hour looking at your own market, with someone who has just spent hours in it, is more useful than any sales deck we could put in front of you.
You will leave the call knowing what is missing, whether or not you ever work with us.
What we don't do is email the workbook afterward. Building it is a few hours of real work and it is the first deliverable of a paid engagement, so that is where it lives. The call is genuinely free and genuinely useful on its own. We make one clear recommendation at the end, follow up once, and then leave it with you. No sequence, no drip campaign.
How it works
Four steps. We do the research.
- 01
You request it
Your website, your market, the competitors you actually lose work to, and what you're trying to grow. Two minutes.
- 02
We review the request
We look at your site and confirm we're comparing against the right companies. If it isn't a fit, we say so rather than sending you something generic.
- 03
We book, then build
You pick a time, then we do the work. It takes real hours, so we build it for people who have reserved the walkthrough.
- 04
Thirty minutes, tab by tab
We share the screen and go through the whole thing, and you can ask about any line. At the end we tell you plainly what we would do first.
Request it
Tell us where to look.
We review requests before accepting them. This is built for established businesses with a defined market, real competitors, and the capacity to act on what we find.
No cost and no obligation. Each analysis covers one website, one defined market, and a small set of direct competitors, so what we show you stays specific enough to act on. The call is free; the workbook is part of a paid engagement.
Questions
Before you request it.
Is this an automated report?
Not really. We use tools to gather and organize the research, the same as anyone would. What a tool can't do is decide which page is commercially worth building next for your business. That takes knowing your market, your services, and what you can credibly say that your competitors can't. A person makes every call in the file.
Do we get a copy of the analysis?
Not from the free call. You see the whole thing on screen, tab by tab, and you can ask about anything in it. The workbook is the first deliverable of a paid engagement, so that's where it lives. We say this up front rather than at the end of the call, because a free consultation is a fair trade and a bait and switch isn't.
What if we already work with an agency?
Bring them on the call. They'll get more out of it than anyone, and they'll be able to tell you quickly whether the gaps we're showing are already on their roadmap. Sometimes they are. Sometimes it surfaces areas nobody had gotten to. Either answer is worth half an hour.
Do we have to get on a call?
The call is the whole offer. There's no download and no additional questionnaire afterward. Thirty minutes, screen shared, going through your market with someone who just spent hours in it.
How many of these do you take on?
A limited number at a time, because each one is built and reviewed by a person rather than generated as a report. If the queue is full we'll tell you before asking for anything else.
Who is this best for?
Established businesses with a defined market, real competitors, and enough capacity to act on the findings, whether that's internally, through an agency you already use, or with us. If you're pre-launch or still deciding what you sell, this won't help you much yet.
How long does it take?
You pick the call time, and we build the analysis in the days before it. So the timeline is whatever you choose when you book. If you want it fast, book it close. If your market is complicated or you serve several areas, give us a little more room and say so when you request it.
What happens to our information?
We use it to build the analysis and to arrange the call. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a list. If you want it deleted afterward, say so and it's deleted.
