Free redesign

Your customers ask AI who to hire. Make sure the answer is you.

We write the answers your customers look for, in your voice, on a site you own, so Google, ChatGPT and Gemini have a clear reason to name you.

Free, with no obligation. We walk you through it on a 30-minute call.

Example. A buyer asks an AI assistant: “Who should I hire to replace the HVAC system in a 1960s house?”

The answer names Hollis & Pine Heating

Its site explains why duct runs from the 1960s often need resizing before a new system will perform.

Cited source: Hollis & Pine Heating, plus 2 others. Illustrative example. The businesses and answers are made up. AI answers vary by person, place and day, and no one controls which sources a platform cites.

Built for businesses where trust decides who gets the call.

Different industries, same pattern: buyers ask a specific question before they ever pick up the phone.

One business per trade, per market. On most monthly plans, once we start working with you, we won’t do this work for a direct competitor in your market.

What is answer engine optimization?

It's the work of getting your business named and cited when someone asks an AI assistant a question instead of typing a search. You'll also see it called AEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), AI SEO, LLMO, and AIO. The industry hasn't settled on one label. They all describe earning a mention inside the answer rather than a link below it.

How is this different from SEO?

Traditional SEO works to rank a page in a list of links. This work aims to have your business named inside a generated answer, where there is no list to rank in. The fundamentals overlap, but the content has to be built differently: direct answers near the top, specific evidence, and clear credit to a named expert.

How do we know if it's working?

Each month we run a defined set of the questions your customers ask through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI. You see which businesses appear, where your pages are used or cited when citations are shown, how competitors show up, and how all of that moves month over month.

Generated answers vary by user, location, and day, so we track a consistent question set rather than claiming to see every answer everywhere. We pair it with the ordinary numbers: traffic, rankings, and the pages driving them.

How much of my time does this take?

A couple of hours up front to build your Twenty-One profile, then about 30 minutes a month on smaller plans, more on larger ones to review what we've produced. Most clients barely edit, because it already sounds right.

How long before we see results?

Timing depends on your market and how much ground competitors have already covered, so we don't promise a date. Some pages are picked up quickly. Being named consistently across the whole set of questions your customers ask takes longer and usually builds over the first few months.
